Returns and refunds

1. Fill the return form at www.havis.fi

2. Pack the items carefully, using same materials in where they were packed when first received. Remove all previous contact information from the packaging.

3. Ship the packaging from your nearest post office using our logistics number. Keep the tracking number. Customer is responsible for the safe shipping of the items.

4. If the products are in their original condition we will refund the payment made for the products in question. Kindly note that we will not return the payment if the goods, when returned are broken or damaged caused by that the goods are not properly packed for the shipping. *Returns are made by using Havi Oy’s logistics number, which is marked to the pre-filled return form. By using the logistics number shipping is free of cost.

Terms and conditions

You have the right to return or exchange any products ordered within 14 days of the delivery. You will receive a pre-filled return form with your delivery. Fill in the return form at www.havis.fi. The returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. We will return the price of the returned product to you, when the condition of the product is verified. Refunds will be made to the account from which the payment was originally received.
