I don’t remember my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password you can change it by going to “log in” view. Choose option “Can’t remember your password?”. You will receive an email with instructions to email account submitted during registration.
I have changed my email. Where do I submit the new one?
You can change the email submitted during registration by logging in to your account. Choose “Account information” and reset your email address.
How do I pay my order?
All products and delivery cost will be charged during checkout. HAVI’S online store uses the Paytrail Oyj online payment services. For more information on payment see “Payment methods”.
How are fast is my order delivered?
All orders are delivered by post to the nearest post office from the delivery address submitted during checkout. All orders will be delivered in 3-6 workdays from order. If product is temporarily out of stock or delivery is delayed our customer services will contact you. During sales the delivery time is longer.
What do I do if the product is flawed?
If the product is flawed, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 010 843 4202 during office hours 9.00-16.00
To speed up the process please have your order number at hand. You can find your order number from email confirmation mail or from your account under the tab ”orders”.
How can I check the information about my order?
You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and delivery confirmation to the email address submitted. You can also check your order by logging in to your account and by choosing the tab “orders”.
Can I return products I have ordered?
You have the right to return or exchange all products you have received within 14 days of receiving them. Please fill out our return form before returning products.
Product must be in its original packaging and in a condition that allows it to be resold, undamaged and show no signs of use. Please note that hygiene products such as scent diffusers, soaps or body and hand lotions cannot be returned.
